Smt. Vinatha M Reddy is an exceptional combination of being a visionary with a business acumen and having a heart to contribute to the society around her. She has been committed to the development sector since 1995 as the Managing Trustee of the T. Muniswamappa Trust, a registered public charitable trust where she has been instrumental in implementing a number of socially beneficial projects in and around Bangalore, Karnataka.
Being a Montessori teacher by profession, Vinatha played an integral role in guiding the T. Muniswamappa Trust to set up a rural-based Montessori school called Gurukul, which today is a vibrant school focusing on value based education provided to students. Growing up in Avalahalli, her ancestral village, Vinatha was often struck by the poverty of the people in this rural hamlet. Having been deeply moved by the story of Professor Muhammad Yunus and microcredit in Bangladesh, where Grameen Bank had enabled thousands of poor women become independent and build livelihoods through small amounts of credit, she became intrigued by this development tool. Further, post she attending a two-week long immersion training course of Grameen Methodology at Grameen International Dialogue Programme in Dhaka in 1998, she ventured out and started Grameen Koota in 1999. Since, then Vinatha’s leadership has taken Grameen Koota through a successful pilot phase, a scaling-up phase to becoming one of the top MFI’s in India. Today we know this entity as CreditAccess Grameen becoming the largest MFI in India.
Vinatha retired as a Chairperson of Grameen Koota on 31 st May 2017. She remains devoted to working in social spaces in the field of education, sanitation, solid waste management, women empowerment, affordable housing and social businesses, through her leadership & associations across organizations.

Shri Paresh Shreesh Parasnis is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. From August 2012 to March 2021, heading the Piramal Foundation, one of India’s leading foundations committed to addressing social issues through high impact solutions, thought leadership and partnerships. Prior to joining the Piramal Foundation, Paresh served as Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer with HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited. During his tenure with HDFC Life (2000-2012) he was a Member of various Board Committees and Chair / Member of Management Committees. He has worked in various senior roles with HDFC Limited (1984-2000) & with Hindustan Lever Limited for two years (1982-84).
He has also been a consultant to the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. Paresh is the Chairman of the Board of Invesco Asset Management (India) Pvt Ltd and a board member of Kotak Mahindra Investments Limited & CreditAccess Life Insurance Limited. He has earlier served on the board of Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance (2014-2022).
He has rich experience of over 38 years with major strengths in strategy, board engagement, project management and building & executing robust servicing models.

Professor Sriram is Professor at the Centre for Public Policy, Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB). Prior to this he was the ICICI Bank Lalita D Gupte Chairprofessor of Microfinance and Professor of Finance at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA). He is a graduate from Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) and completed his doctoral studies at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
Sriram has served on several expert committees appointed by the Indian Government, Reserve Bank and NABARD: Task Force on revival of Rural Cooperative Credit Institutions [Vaidyanathan Committee]; External Advisory Committee of the RBI for evaluating licences for Small Finance Banks and the RBI Expert Committee on Primary (Urban) Cooperative Banks. He chaired the Kerala Government’s Expert Committee on Kerala Co-operative Bank.
He is currently the Chairman of Centre for Microfinance, Rajasthan; is on the board of National Institute of Bank Management Pune, Institute of Public Enterprises Hyderabad, AU Small Finance Bank, NDDB Dairy Services, Indian Dairy Machinery Company, Selco Solar Light Private Limited and Centre for Budget and Policy Studies. He is a Trustee of Pratham Books, Dastkar Andhra and Sanket Trust that runs Rangashankara in Bengaluru.

Mr. Matteo Pusineri is an experienced Investment Professional who started with SOCIETE GENERALE post his Investments Program from London Business School. He then went to be part of Morgan Stanley and headed its Fixed Income Group (FIG) managing funds in excess of Euros 3.5Billion along with managing more than 200 discretionary mandates.
Matteo is currently the Managing Director at C-Quadrant Advisors and also overseas the Investment desk and Asset Allocation committee. With overall experience spanning beyond 25 years, his keen Investments aptitude would guide the company from its early stage of policy making itself.
